What to Expect at the Kowloon Walled City Exhibition The Kowloon Walled City Exhibition offers an unprecedented opportunity to walk through meticulously recreated sets from the film, including:
  • Cafe 7 Kee, Lung Shing Barbershop, Dentist’s Clinic, Corner Store, Bone-Setting Clinic, Tailor Shop, and Repair Workshop
  • Fish Ball Factory and Plastic Workshop (with scent installations simulating the original factory smells)
  • Wells and communal areas, reflecting authentic daily life
  • Light & Shadow Rooftop: complete with a large projection screen and realistic airplane sound effects to recreate the iconic low-flying aircraft above the city
The exhibition also incorporates elements of traditional Hong Kong craftsmanship:
