Introducing the Foie Gras Shack: a reimagined ShackBurger® featuring a juicy 100% Angus beef patty, molten Gruyère, luscious foie gras torchon, caramelized onions, black truffle mayo, crispy onion, frisée, and chives. Accompanying this masterpiece, golden crinkle-cut fries are upgraded and served with crème fraîche bavarois, chives and a decadent flourish of caviar.

To crown the experience, Dom Pérignon White Luminous Vintage 2015 radiates through The Lobby Lounge, turning each bite to a celebration.

一個源自紐約的大膽想法。Shake Shack 的美食團隊構想出一款蘊含奢華氣息的漢堡與薯條。這份願景經由香港麗晶酒店行政總廚蔡俊輝（Calvin Choi）以精湛技藝化為極致美饌。

最終呈現: 鵝肝漢堡 – 將經典 ShackBurger® 華麗升級。蓬鬆柔軟的馬鈴薯麵包之間，夾層盛載多汁 100% 安格斯牛肉漢堡排，搭配濃郁融香的 Gruyère 芝士、馥郁鵝肝凍、焦糖洋蔥、黑松露蛋黃醬、香脆洋蔥、九芽生菜與細香蔥——層層堆疊，盡顯風味。絕配的香脆波浪薯條閃耀升級，襯上法式酸奶bavarois及細香蔥與晶瑩魚子醬，奢華而盡致。

Inspired by the moon’s gentle glow over Victoria Harbour, each delicate arrangement embodies a poetic dance of movement, light, and bloom—an elegant tribute to serenity, refined craftsmanship, and contemplative beauty.

More than an exhibition, Moonlit Whispers is a heartfelt expression of Regent Hong Kong’s unwavering commitment to celebrating artistry in all its forms. From now until October 12, immerse yourself in this sensory journey—an ode to creativity, nature, and the tranquil elegance of the night. 走進自然與藝術交織的詩意世界——《月下絮語》花藝展現已於香港麗晶酒店大堂樓層優雅登場。此展覽源自東京，首次在香港亮相，由花藝創作家Makiko Morange聯同14位花藝藝術家精心策展，呈現一場靜謐而動人的花藝盛宴。
