Executive Pastry Chef Andy Yeung and Head Chef Rajiv Chowdhoory have meticulously prepared a tempting array of dishes using premium ingredients including decadent exquisite gem-like sweets, savoury finger sandwiches and freshly baked madeleines and scones.

Glazed with a light-yellow icing, our Passion Fruit pastry features a delightful combination of vanilla mousse with a passion fruit chocolate cream filling, nestled on a crunchy crumb crust. Fresh seasonal mango mixed with passion fruit jelly adorn the top, creating a visually stunning treat. For those who prefer Blueberry, indulge in a yoghurt whipped mousse with a blueberry compote filling, set on a healthy granola crumb base made with mixed nuts and seeds. Topped with seasonal fresh blueberries, this pastry is a berry lover’s delight. Lastly, our Rhubarb pastry is crafted with honey mousse filling inside pink pastry, paired with fluffy vanilla sponge cake soaked in rhubarb strawberry syrup and rhubarb cubes and jelly as a finishing touch. For a special indulgence shared with your mom, enhance your Afternoon Tea experience with two glasses of Saicho's Hojicha Sparkling Tea or Sei Bellissimi Bellinis.

In honour of Mother's Day, Nobu Hong Kong invites guests to partake in a memorable celebration on the 12 May, featuring an immersive Omakase dinner menu, with highlights including Crispy Yuba Hamachi Caviar. Crowned with the divine touch of caviar, impeccably fried yuba is delicately seasoned with salt, then cradled in a medley of chopped yellowtail, masago and a tantalising creamy spice blend with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
