5 June 2026 (Hong Kong SAR) – From 1 July to 31 August, The Lobby Lounge at Regent Hong Kong unveils a seasonal showcase in which limited‑edition Venchi Signature Shakes — created exclusively for Regent Hong Kong. Set against the cinematic panorama of Victoria Harbour, the experience unfolds as a quiet interplay of flavour and craftsmanship, expressed with the understated elegance. 

Leading the collection is the “Dark Silk Shake”, a refined expression of cocoa crafted with reduced sugar —intense yet impeccably balanced, indulgent yet composed. Within the tall glass, striking layers of dark chocolate unfold, revealing a smooth cocoa profile with restrained sweetness. It is a polished interpretation of premium chocolate, offering depth and elegance for the discerning palate.  

Inspired by the golden hues of Victoria Harbour at dusk, the Caramel Coffee Shake — “Sunset Affogato” presents a seamless gradient of caramel melting into cream, softly illuminated through the glass. An elegant interplay of espresso’s gentle bitterness and velvety caramel sweetness, it pays tribute to the Italian affogato while capturing the quiet romance of sunset over the city.  

The Cookies & Cream Shake — “Harbour Crunch” introduces a refined textural contrast. Silken cream intertwines with delicate shards of crunchy cookie, creating a layered harmony that elevates a familiar comfort into something more considered.  

In quieter tones, the Pistachio & Vanilla Shake — “Cloudy Forest” offers a composed and aromatic pairing. Nutty pistachio and smooth vanilla unfold in balance, delivering an earthy yet delicate richness that lingers with a clean, elegant finish.  

Completing the collection, the Summer Fruit Shake — “Lychee Summer Breeze” reflects a distinctly local sensibility. Light, refreshing, and gently perfumed, it balances tropical fruit notes with restrained sweetness and a bright citrus lift—an expression that is both refined and evocative of the season.  

Available as a curated monthly selection, each trio features two seasonal flavours alongside the signature Dark Silk Zero. All milkshakes are priced at HKD 168 + 10%, with the following seasonal pairings:

• Mayura Wagyu Pastrami Sandwich × Sunset Affogato — HK$486
