At The Steak House, ignite the fire over chargrilled specialities from the original charcoal grill. The 4- course menu includes fresh seafood starters (Langoustine, zucchini, Kaviari Kristal caviar and salmon roe; Hokkaido scallops. Jerusalem artichoke with shaved Périgord Black Truffle; and Flambéed Blue Lobster Bisque. For the main course, Super Prime US beef tenderloin, Rib Eye or Chilean sea bass with a choice of homemade side dishes. A Carupano 62% mousse with red berry confit Saint Honoré pair with Earl Grey raspberry sorbet is a decadent indulgence for sharing, inclusive of two glasses of Champagne and two glasses of our sommelier’s selected red wine served from Magnums).

For an intimate Chinese dinner enjoyed amidst the elegant jade décor and Hong Kong skyline views, the two-MICHELIN starred Lai Ching Heen presents a gourmet set menu of Cantonese delicacies.
