Ciro Petrone, Culinary Director of Regent Hong Kong and Oliver Zee, Head Chef of Harbourside present a lavish buffet feast featuring the finest premium truffles harvested from the Tasmanian. These exquisite truffles add an earthy richness to every dish, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
From 1 July to 31 August, the Black Truffle Specials will elevate palates. Starters include refreshing Devilled Eggs, Buffalo Mozzarella with Black Truffle, and a vibrant Black Truffle with Asparagus and Parmesan Cheese Salad.
Truffle-infused delights such as Truffle Mushroom Risotto served in a Parmesan wheel at the live station, Truffle Potato Pizza, and Truffle Mac and Cheese showcase the unique flavours of black truffle. The Truffle Roasted Crispy Porchetta offers a perfect harmony of rich meats and truffle sauce.
To conclude the feast, Truffle Ice Cream, Truffle Bon Bon, and Truffle Macaron, expertly crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Andy Yeung and his team, provide a sweet ending.
