The bespoke cake reflects Executive Pastry Chef Andy Yeung’s craftsmanship, showcasing his unparalleled skill and creativity in cake design and his use of superior ingredients, exceptional techniques and elegant presentation. These cakes are more than desserts—they are thoughtful expressions of care, perfect for any moment of appreciation. Whether as a gesture to thank colleagues or a sweet reward for your child’s achievements, a cake from Regent Hong Kong transforms simple moments into cherished ones.  

To mark the launch of this year’s initiative, the pastry team has thoughtfully designed a limited-edition Kumquat Coconut Cake—a delicate composition of coconut mousse, fresh kumquat, and a crisp coco crumble base. This refined indulgence celebrates life’s simple joys, whether shared over laughter, quiet reflection, or heartfelt conversation. Priced at HK$590 and sized for 4 to 8 servings, it’s an ideal centrepiece for intimate gatherings or as a personal treat.
