23 June 2025 (Hong Kong SAR): Regent Hong Kong served as the official Hotel Venue/Hospitality Partner for First Initiative Foundation’s inspiring charity event themed “DARE with Flair” held on 14 June 2025. The landmark event celebrating Hong Kong’s vibrant spirit and the charitable work of FIF was held for the first time in the iconic Regent Ballroom. Proud to play a key supportive role in creating an unforgettable evening, this partnership underscores Regent Hong Kong’s commitment to fostering meaningful cultural and philanthropic endeavors.

FIF’s “DARE with Flair” themed event, attended by VIPs, philanthropists, and cultural luminaries, captivated guests with a night of inspiring entertainment, culinary excellence, and impactful philanthropy. The night began with a spectacular concert at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, featuring a superstar collaboration between Hong Kong’s own Jay Fung and international sensation Joyce Jonathan, setting an electrifying tone of creativity and connection through music.

The charity dinner was held in Regent Hong Kong’s iconic Regent Ballroom and marked a first time venue/hospitality partnership with FIF. Regent Hong Kong was the perfect setting for FIF’s extraordinary evening. FIF transformed the hotel’s majestic white marble staircase into a stunning presentation of their “DARE with Flair” theme, providing their guests with an unforgettable experience and photo opportunity.

The dinner featured an exquisite menu crafted by internationally acclaimed chefs Marike van Beurden, Éric Bouchenoire, Christian Julliard, Sébastien Vauxion, Sylvestre Wahid. With a special Regent touch: the final petit four was created by Regent Hong Kong’s Culinary Director Ciro Petrone and Executive Pastry Chef Andy Yeung. Their creative confection added to the enjoyment of an evening celebrating both sophistication and philanthropy.
