Mum will revel in the delicacies of Afternoon Tea in the reimagined oasis that is The Lobby Lounge, majestically staged with stunning panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline. The Afternoon Tea Set is a modern take on classics, all homemade with premium ingredients – from savoury finger sandwiches, freshly baked madeleines, and scones with clotted cream and home-crafted jam and decadent gem-like creations by Executive Pastry Chef Andy Yeung, showcased on the tea set and in The Lobby Lounge Vitrine. Indulge Mum with Andy’s specially crafted Mother’s Day delights – Lavender (Lemon mint confit, lavender whipped ganache on a rich almond biscuit), Charlotte (Ladyfingers with strawberry mousse and violet berry compote), and Guava (Pink guava confit, jasmine-infused ivory chocolate mousse on a raspberry rose sponge) – each decadently delicious and instagrammable. In addition, surprise Mum with a bespoke Mother’s Day Charlotte cake (in a choice of two sizes), one of the many decadent cakes in our vitrine collection. Paired with a curated tea selection and either two glasses of Sei Bellissimi Bellini or NV Duval Leroy, Femme de Champagne, Grand Cru Brut, the Regent Afternoon Tea is an elegant way to savour precious time with the queen of your family and create treasured memories.
On Mother’s Day, The Steak House opens its doors, especially for Mother’s Day Brunch, a unique opportunity to treat Mum to an iconic Steak House experience usually only available for dinner. The 4-course culinary journey begins with the garden fresh salad bar featuring an elaborate selection of organic seasonal green field vegetables and mixed salads, carefully selected condiments and exceptional olive oils, premium mature cheese, and charcuterie from France, Spain, and Italy, followed by Canadian Lobster Bisque soup or Free-range Scrambled Eggs with Oscietra caviar. For the main course, choose from USDA Prime – Rib Eye, Striploin, or Tenderloin; USDA Colorado Lamb Rack or Atlantic Sustainable Salmon Fillet, each seared to perfection on the original charcoal grill and served with a choice of side dishes. The Brunch experience ends with a selection of decadent desserts from the tempting Sweet Corner.
Alternatively, treat Mum to an indulgent 4-course set dinner at The Steak House, inclusive of wine-pairing, the Salad Bar, our chef’s amuse-bouche, and a choice of soup (wild mushroom or seafood chowder). For the main course, select from USDA Super Prime Tenderloin, Rib Eye, or Chilean Sea Bass, prepared on the original charcoal grill and served with a choice of homemade side dishes. The decadent feast concludes on a high note with Citrus Pavlova, Executive Pastry Chef Andy Yeung’s bespoke creation crafted with Yuzu Chantilly, lemon peel confit, timut pepper, and pamplemousse sorbet.
If Mum is a buffet lover, spoil her with the choice at Harbourside’s lavish Lunch or Dinner Buffet. Bursting with energy, aromas, and flavours, Harbourside’s immersive buffet experience will transport Mum to the world’s local markets with the best of Asian and Western
