Offering up the epitome of casual luxury, Qura Bar is bidding farewell to champagne-and-white-tablecloth convention, partnering with France’s legendary Prunier to curate a stylish, social, and cocktail-led caviar journey. From June 2 to July 31, guests can revel in the elegance of Prunier Oscietra Caviar - delicate amber pearls sustainably sourced and certified by Friends of the Sea - served as refined bar bites or as part of a curated four-course dinner.
An Artful Pairing of Prunier Oscietra and Contemporary Cocktails
Inspired by the exquisite craftsmanship of Prunier and the Riviera-esque creativity of Qura’s culinary team, the meticulously crafted menu features mild, clean base components that allow the caviar to shine. Each dish of the tasting menu, as well as the à la carte bar bites such as Crispy Potatoes Croissant and Atlantic Cod Croquette, stars five grams of the exceptional coarse-grained Prunier Oscietra Caviar, renowned for its inimitable taste of roasted walnuts and hazelnuts. Harvested from the Acipenser Gueldenstaedti sturgeon species, this prized delicacy serves as a centrepiece in sweet and savoury delights:
- Onsen Egg with Petits Pois, Oscietra Caviar, and Vodka Sauce – This silky, slow-cooked egg is brought to life by sweet green peas, a touch of vodka, and a generous spoonful of caviar for a luxurious twist on a classic.
- Line Caught Turbot with Green Asparagus, Oscietra Caviar, and Dry Vermouth Sauce – a beautifully cooked fillet crowned with Oscietra caviar, enhancing the dish with impeccable texture.
- Artisanal Tagliolini with Lemon Confit, Oscietra Caviar, and Chives – a simple yet elegant pasta dish bright with lemon, fresh herbs and a quenelle of caviar.
- Marcona Almond Sponge with Lime Crème, Basil Gelee, Oscietra Caviar, and Coconut Pearls – This light-hearted, beautifully plated dessert showcases the complex interplay between tangy, salty and sugary notes.
This unique menu is the result of a creative collaboration between Regent Hong Kong’s acclaimed Culinary Director, Chef Ciro Petrone, a maestro of fine dining renowned for his exceptional culinary expertise and innovative approach, and Qura’s Head Chef Rajiv Chowdhoory, whose over 15 years of international experience and mastery of modern cuisine have shaped his distinctive style.
Amidst Qura’s glamorous Art Deco interiors, which overlook majestic Victoria Harbour views, guests can sip on a thoughtfully crafted cocktail pairing courtesy of Gennaro Pucci, an accomplished mixologist whose career has spanned celebrated bars and Michelin-starred restaurants in London and Hong Kong. The pairing cocktail, Bloom & Sand, is a sophisticated blend of Belvedere Vodka, Cocchi Americano Aperitivo, Quaglia Elderflower, Suze, passion fruit, chamomile, and Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters, specially crafted to complement and intensify the caviar’s nuanced flavours. For those seeking a strong finish, a bold, chilled shot of Belvedere B10 Vodka is also on offer.

In 1921, renowned Parisian restaurateur Émile Prunier established France’s first caviar production facility. Since 1990, the Prunier Manufacture has been dedicated to farming sturgeons under natural conditions. Located near Bordeaux, this open-farming facility adheres strictly to European Union regulations.
